About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Spend significant time in the field to identify gaps in sales skills and performance.
  • Deliver sales training during onboarding and throughout team members’ development within Alan’s sales organization.
  • Design impactful training programs covering key topics: sales techniques, insurance expertise, legal/regulatory environment, and product mastery.
  • Create training assets by leveraging internal subject-matter experts and company leadership.
  • Experiment with engaging formats to maximize learning adoption and sales effectiveness.
  • Ensure effective change management as the organization scales (new countries, new products, etc.).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role or prior experience as a salesperson.
  • Fluency in French and English is required.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid business acumen and a strong understanding of Sales.
  • KPI-driven mindset and good business judgment.
  • Proven Learning & Development expertise (instructional design, facilitation, curriculum development).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Genuine passion for helping others succeed, with empathy, active listening, and a collaborative approach.
  • Continuous growth mindset and curiosity about learning techniques and L&D tools.
