About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support prospects at every stage of the sales cycle and convert them into committed Alan customers by working with senior decision-makers: HR Directors, CFOs and executives across all sectors.
  • Full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature
  • Strategic relationships: own deals and manage key client relationships
  • Deliver inspiring product demonstrations and guide stakeholders through the evaluation process

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have at least 4 years of experience managing the full sales cycle
  • You are fully fluent in French (C2 or above) and have an advanced level of English
  • You are highly organized, structured and empathetic
  • You have the ability to influence, negotiate and manage complex deals
  • You have a deep understanding of value levers in recurring-revenue business models
  • You have a great attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • You are based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes or Biarritz and will work in a hybrid mode
