About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and optimize alan.com - the high-traffic platform where millions discover Alan and convert into members across all our markets.
- Power up all our acquisition channels (paid, seo, llm etc...) that drive organic and paid traffic at scale.
- Develop seamless conversion experiences that let prospects become members instantly - from discovery, quote to final signup.
- Support broader business initiatives, including partnership integrations, accountant tools, referral systems, and brand campaigns that strengthen Alan's market position.
- Actively collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Research and Product (Eng, Data, PM, Design)
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience
- Experience leading a team
- Passionate about creating delightful products with exceptional user experiences
- Good experience building and shipping web applications
- You're genuinely interested in the business side - understanding conversion funnels, marketing metrics
- Clear progression in your career - increasing responsibility, scope, and impact over time.
- Self-starting and entrepreneurial.
- Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority!).
- Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching.
- English working proficiency
