About the role
- Conduct Workplace Actions (AMT): on-site visits/observations, job/task studies, collection of information (activities, staffing, organization, positions, processes, substances, equipment, exposures, work accidents/occupational diseases (AT/MP), etc.).
- Produce and update company files and contribute to risk evaluation processes (DUERP — company risk assessment document, prevention plans, health and safety registers, etc.).
- Identify, analyze and prioritize risks: physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic, psychosocial, organizational (MSDs, falls, noise, vibration, manual handling, fire/explosion, simultaneous operations, road risk, etc.).
- Formulate prevention recommendations following the hierarchy of controls: eliminate → substitute → collective protections → organizational measures.
- Help develop and prioritize a realistic action plan (short/medium term) adapted to the company’s resources, then monitor its implementation (indicators, continuous improvement).
- Deliver awareness sessions and training (safety and prevention topics).
- Participate in works council (CSE) meetings and contribute to accident investigations as required.
- Contribute to the SPSTI’s collective activities: prevention campaigns, workshops, webinars, lessons learned.
- Refer to external resources when necessary (CARSAT/CRAMIF, INRS, ANACT/ARACT, labour inspectorate, regulatory agencies, specialized consultants), in coordination with the SPSTI.
Requirements
- IPRP registration (DREETS) / certification by an accredited organization if working as an independent consultant.
- 3 to 7 years’ experience in occupational risk prevention (or equivalent experience is highly valued).
- Appreciated areas of expertise: ergonomics, occupational/work psychology, industrial hygiene, prevention consulting / HSE.
- Ability to produce company files, risk assessments, job/task studies (and, depending on scope, related analyses/measurements).
- Comfortable advising and reporting to employers and, where applicable, employee representatives.
- Comfortable with a hybrid working model (field + remote) and digital tools.
- Team spirit and ability to coordinate with occupational physicians, occupational health nurses (IDEST), work psychologists, social workers, ergonomists, and occupational health assistants (ASST).
- Based in Île-de-France.
