Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing for the Retail segment.
Engage prospects (HR executives to CEOs), educate them, and deliver inspiring product demos.
Onboard key stakeholders and sometimes manage customer relationships to ensure seamless onboarding.
Apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method to provide a pleasant and instructive prospect experience.
Drive deals and close strategic opportunities, contributing to ARR growth (average ARR ~150K€).
Collaborate with the 10-person Retail Sales team and contribute to product, methods, and strategy improvements.
Conduct active prospecting and field marketing; manage sales cycles of approximately 6 months for companies of 20–600 employees.
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience managing the whole Sales cycle (prospecting to closing).
Proven track record of cold-calling and prospection.
Interested in interacting with prospects from the Retail segment.
Full working proficiency in French (C2 and above) and an advanced level in English.
Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills.
Empathy and passion for understanding and solving prospects' problems.
Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building.
Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
Great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team.
Eager to learn fast and make an impact from day 1.
Based in (or willing to relocate to) Lyon, Marseille or Toulouse.
