Account Executive

• Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing for the Retail segment.
• Engage prospects (HR executives to CEOs), educate them, and deliver inspiring product demos.
• Onboard key stakeholders and sometimes manage customer relationships to ensure seamless onboarding.
• Apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method to provide a pleasant and instructive prospect experience.
• Drive deals and close strategic opportunities, contributing to ARR growth (average ARR ~150K€).
• Collaborate with the 10-person Retail Sales team and contribute to product, methods, and strategy improvements.
• Conduct active prospecting and field marketing; manage sales cycles of approximately 6 months for companies of 20–600 employees.
