About the role
- Develop an effective prospecting strategy.
- Understand the specifics of a market.
- Spark a prospect's interest across channels (email, social networks, and cold calls).
- Book high-quality discovery meetings with C-level executives.
- After 12 months in a segment such as Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, or Hospitality, you will rotate to a different segment to discover new prospecting approaches and collaborate with another team.
- In your second year, you'll continue as a BDR. You'll have the opportunity to apply for the BDR Enterprise role, targeting large accounts (companies with more than 300 employees), or take on the additional challenge of running discovery meetings and product demonstrations for small businesses.
- These experiences will prepare you for internal mobility into roles such as Account Executive (see Victoire).

- You have at least one experience (internship, entrepreneurship, student job) in sales/business development.
- You are comfortable starting in a role that initially involves significant cold-calling and prospecting.
- You have full professional proficiency in French, sufficient to perform cold calling in French.
- You have at least an advanced level of English.
