About the role
- Help people live in good health to 100 while helping employers turn health benefits from a cost center into their most valuable investment.
- Equip our Sales team with tools to craft these offers, price them, and contractualize them in one go.
- Manage our contract lifecycles, keeping them up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.
- Build a contract & service stack to power Alan’s growth for the next 10 years.
- Create an AI-powered Acquisition Engine for sales teams to customize coverage and generate contracts in real-time.
- Automate the renewal system for our portfolio based on legal changes and economic shifts.
- Work closely with insurance experts, business specialists, sales teams, and collaborate with other engineering teams across Alan.
Requirements
- 3+ years building scalable backend systems
- Experience with high-traffic applications that real users depend on
