About the role
- Support the General Manager and senior Alaners on key business priorities
- Prepare board packs, conduct market research, and facilitate leadership meetings
- Contribute to the country’s strategic vision, market and competitor analysis, and growth models
- Support new revenue initiatives and partnership development
- Develop corporate brand presence and contribute to communications and social media strategy
- Contribute to product vision, conduct user research, and assist design and prototyping
- Support sourcing and recruiting efforts
- Organize Belgian offsites, kick-offs and team events
- Coordinate weekly internal communications and support monthly business reviews

- Strong execution and collaboration skills
