Help the rest of the team understand the subtleties of healthcare and insurance
Define the pricing and re-pricing strategy of the different products
Improve margin monitoring
Collaborate with the Key Account Managers team to make sure they are equipped with the right tools to deliver the best experience to their customers
Analyze the profitability of the portfolio and suggest action points
Be part of an insurance community at the global level, with an impact on our organization, hiring and training across multiple countries
Work hand in hand with data scientists, designers, engineers and product managers to build differentiating products and provide a delightful experience at a fair price
Build and manage offers for large companies and public institutions and manage capital and reinsurance strategy
Requirements
At least 3+ years of experience in health insurance
Fluent in English
Knowledge of the trends from the sector, of the pricing/repricing business decisions and market practices
Combine a quantitative background (statistics, actuarial sciences) with experience in insurance products and business
Ability to navigate and synthesize technical, data, business and legal questions related to insurance
Builder mindset, continuously identifying opportunities to scale and optimize processes and systems
Willing to deeply change the insurance and healthcare industry and challenge the status quo
(Nice to have) Fluent in Spanish or willing to learn Spanish
(Nice to have) Experience coordinating with teams based in another country
(Nice to have) Connections and a deep understanding of the Spanish health insurance market
