About the role

  • Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing for B2B Manufacturing and Wholesale customers.
  • Engage prospects, educate them, run inspiring product demos, and onboard key stakeholders.
  • Drive deals, close strategic opportunities, and occasionally manage customer relationships for smooth onboarding.
  • Apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method to create personalized high-touch prospect experiences.
  • Target companies of 20–300 employees; average sales cycle ~6 months and average ARR ~150K€.
  • Challenge and improve product, methods, and strategy; participate in initiatives to expand customer base.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience managing the whole Sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Proven ability and comfort with cold-calling and prospection.
  • Interest in and experience interacting with Manufacturing and Wholesale segments.
  • Full working proficiency in French (C2 and above).
  • Advanced level in English.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills.
  • Empathy and passion for understanding and solving prospects' problems.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building skills.
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
  • Ability to collaborate in a small team and eagerness to learn fast.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon or Marseille (work from France mandatory).
