About the role
- Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing for Manufacturing and Wholesale segments.
- Engage with prospects (HR executives to CEOs), educate them, provide inspiring product demos, and define personalized high-touch strategies.
- Drive deals and close strategic opportunities; sometimes manage customer relationships to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method to ensure a pleasant and instructive prospect experience.
- Onboard key stakeholders and make the transition from prospect to customer seamless.
- Collaborate with the B2B Sales team and participate in field marketing and growth initiatives.
- Challenge and contribute to improvements in product, methods, and strategy to expand the customer base.
- Target companies of 20 to 300 employees with an average sales cycle of 6 months and average ARR of €150K.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience managing the whole Sales cycle, from prospecting to closing; prospection is a key part of the role.
- Proven track record of cold-calling and prospection.
- At least 2 years of successful experience closing deals (company emphasizes 4+ years overall).
- Full working proficiency in French (C2 and above) and ability to do cold calling in French.
- Advanced level in English.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills.
- Empathy and passion for understanding and solving prospects' problems.
- Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building.
- Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
- Collaborative attitude and ability to work in a small team.
- Eagerness to learn fast and make an impact from day 1.
- Based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon or Marseille, France.
