About the role
- You'll build the contract & service stack that will power Alan’s growth for the next 10 years.
- Sales teams are autonomous & assisted by AI to customize coverage, compute pricing, and generate contracts in real-time.
- Automatically reviews and adjusts coverage for our entire portfolio annually, accounting for legal changes, consumption trends, and economic shifts.
- Work closely with insurance experts, business specialists, sales teams, and collaborate with other engineering teams across Alan. We're the bridge between complex regulations and simple user experiences.
Requirements
- 3+ years building scalable backend systems
- Experience with high-traffic applications that real users depend on
- You love turning complex problems into elegant solutions
