About the role

  • CRO’s Associates support the chief revenue officer to achieve the company’s objectives on growth, sales efficiency, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Support, own, and/or lead key strategic go-to-market projects, enhancing sales efficiency, expanding our network with key prospects and clients, and driving significant growth initiatives.
  • Revenue Operations & Analytics - Build sophisticated forecasting models, create executive dashboards, and drive data-driven insights across all markets
  • Go-to-Market Strategy - Support market expansion initiatives, coordinate product launches, and drive cross-functional GTM alignment
  • Sales Excellence & Enablement - Design and implement sales processes, develop playbooks for different segments, create training programs, standardize methodologies
  • Strategic Planning & Execution - Coordinate business reviews with country leads and drive special revenue projects for the CRO
  • Partnership & Growth Initiatives - Support strategic partnership development, evaluate new revenue streams, and drive growth experiments.

Requirements

  • Operations Expertise: Strong analytical skills (Excel / Gsheet).
  • Communication & Influence: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Commercial Acumen: Understanding of B2B/B2C sales processes, customer lifecycle management, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Proven ability to coordinate complex projects across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: Capability to work at both strategic level and detailed execution level.
  • Growth Mindset: Proactive approach to identifying opportunities, solving problems, and proposing innovative solutions. Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration in a high-growth environment.
  • Fluency in spoken and written French and English. All our communications are written and in English. Additional European languages (Spanish and Dutch) are highly valued.
