About the role

  • You’ll be in charge of the whole sales cycle from qualification to closing by educating prospects and providing inspiring arguments to transform them into convinced customers.
  • We expect you to understand, embrace and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method.
  • You are expected to make this experience pleasant, instructive and delightful by leveraging the most relevant messaging and materials (Smart) and by defining the high-touch strategy that suits best each prospect (Soft).
  • We expect you to look at the big picture and help us grow and improve as a company.
  • You’ll be expected to challenge us to improve our product(s), our methods, and our strategy, and get involved in other projects and initiatives relevant to growing our customer base.

Requirements

  • Have 1-2 years of experience in a Sales role including closing experience
  • Have full working proficiency in French (C2 and above), and advanced level in English
  • Are highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills
  • Show a great balance between Active Listening and Assertiveness when interacting with your prospects
  • Have natural empathy and are passionate about understanding and solving prospects' problems
  • Have a positive attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team
  • Have a desire to learn fast and make an impact from day 1
