Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain automation agents in Gemini Enterprise Agent Designer, working from documented requirements and use cases.
  • Use Claude Code to write, refactor, and test scripts and small internal tools that support automation workflows.
  • Design and maintain Power Automate flows that connect Microsoft 365 systems and line-of-business applications.
  • Translate manual or repetitive business processes into automated workflows, working alongside business stakeholders to map the current state.
  • Test automations thoroughly before release, monitor them in production, and troubleshoot failures.
  • Write clear documentation for every automation you build — what it does, what it touches, how it's configured, and how to support it.
  • Follow established AI governance, data handling, and change-management standards. In a healthcare setting, careful and compliant work is non-negotiable.
  • Participate in code reviews, demos, and CoE knowledge-sharing.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree; Computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of experience. Internships, school projects, and personal projects count.
  • Foundational programming ability — comfortable reading and writing scripts, ideally in Python.
  • Understanding of how APIs and data flow between systems.
  • Logical, detail-oriented problem solving and a habit of testing your own work.
  • Clear written communication — you can explain what you built and why.
  • Genuine interest in AI, automation, and learning new platforms quickly.
  • Travel may be required up to 10%
