About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain automation agents in Gemini Enterprise Agent Designer, working from documented requirements and use cases.
Use Claude Code to write, refactor, and test scripts and small internal tools that support automation workflows.
Design and maintain Power Automate flows that connect Microsoft 365 systems and line-of-business applications.
Translate manual or repetitive business processes into automated workflows, working alongside business stakeholders to map the current state.
Test automations thoroughly before release, monitor them in production, and troubleshoot failures.
Write clear documentation for every automation you build — what it does, what it touches, how it's configured, and how to support it.
Follow established AI governance, data handling, and change-management standards. In a healthcare setting, careful and compliant work is non-negotiable.
Participate in code reviews, demos, and CoE knowledge-sharing.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree; Computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field
0–2 years of experience. Internships, school projects, and personal projects count.
Foundational programming ability — comfortable reading and writing scripts, ideally in Python.
Understanding of how APIs and data flow between systems.
Logical, detail-oriented problem solving and a habit of testing your own work.
Clear written communication — you can explain what you built and why.
Genuine interest in AI, automation, and learning new platforms quickly.
Travel may be required up to 10%
