Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a key liaison between Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to support and optimize the organization’s Workday Financials platform.
Responsible for system configuration, data integrity, reporting, and ongoing enhancements that enable financial operations across the healthcare enterprise.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, support financial systems strategy, and ensure Workday solutions align with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and healthcare industry standards.
Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and operational leaders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Develop and maintain Workday dashboards, reports, and analytics to support financial decision-making.
Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives and system optimization efforts.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
3–7 years of experience supporting Workday Financials or similar ERP systems.
Strong understanding of financial processes (GL, AP, budgeting, procurement).
Experience with reporting tools within Workday (e.g., Workday Report Writer, dashboards).
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
