About the role

  • Build and manage complex financial models to evaluate the impact of new payer contracts, fee schedule changes, and payer denials
  • Lead deep-dive investigations into systemic revenue leakage
  • Translate granular data into high-level strategic insights for the Executive Leadership Team
  • Help develop and deliver reimagined RCM dashboards and using predictive analytics to solve business problems

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years in Healthcare Data Analytics with a heavy focus on the 'back-end' of the revenue cycle
  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel, Power Pivot
  • Mid-level SQL skills (CTE’s, Window Functions, Stored Procedures, and Query Optimization)
