About the role
- Implement Workday Financials across the enterprise
- Lead the transformation of accounting processes and systems
- Develop strategic roadmap for future-state operating model and technology landscape
- Collaborate with IT, external partners, and executive leadership for alignment in transformation initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal controls (SOX) and US GAAP standards
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Accounting, Finance Transformation, or Financial Systems Consulting
- Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Workday Financials
- Proven, end-to-end experience leading the Accounting/Finance workstreams for at least one large-scale, complex ERP implementation
- Deep expertise in formal process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, BPR)
- Strong foundational knowledge of US GAAP and complex financial closing processes
- Exceptional executive-level project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
