About the role
- Translate business goals and user needs into clear product opportunities and UX/UI solutions.
- Distill complex strategies into IA, user flows, and wireframes; iterate across fidelities.
- Create high-fidelity, interactive prototypes to express behaviors, interactions, and motion.
- Facilitate design workshops to explore concepts, drive original thinking, and align stakeholders.
- Build, evolve, and maintain reusable libraries (components, templates, prototypes) for a multi-device suite.
- Author dev-ready annotations/specs and partner closely through build and QA.
- Apply accessibility best practices across the design process and design system.
- Collaborate with strategy, business analysis, product, engineering, and project management.
- Shape and analyze design research; incorporate stakeholder and user feedback into iterations.
- Craft compelling executive-ready presentations that communicate the value and impact of design.
Requirements
- 2–5 years’ experience as an end-to-end Product Designer (covering both UX and UI).
- Demonstrated systems-based product thinking; experience contributing to or building design systems.
- Strong visual craft (layout, hierarchy, typography, spacing) paired with clear, concise UX rationale.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, incorporate feedback quickly, and deliver on time.
- Experience designing enterprise/SaaS and/or data/AI-adjacent products is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System is a plus.
- Portfolio with case-study depth (problem, approach, iterations, outcomes) required.
- Portfolios should have:
- Are case-study driven (problem → research → iterations/testing → final UI/outcomes).
- Show systems thinking (journeys, decision trees, reusable components, scalability).
- Demonstrate visual/UI taste and restraint, with before/after clarity where possible.
- Clarify team context and individual ownership (e.g., “owned IA and prototyping”).
- Evidence iteration from feedback/testing and the business/user impact of design decisions.
