About the role
- Craft cohesive experiences: Partner with engineers, PMs, and designers to create a consistent, engaging user experience across products
- Deliver impactful designs: Move from sketches to high-fidelity prototypes, guiding development to bring designs to life
- Champion the user: Prioritize simplicity, accessibility, and user-centered design in all decisions
- Conduct user research: Engage directly with users and developers to gather insights that drive smart, data-backed design
- Lead the design of Alchemy’s developer dashboard, making it the go-to place where teams manage projects, track usage, and unlock new products
- Create delightful onboarding and activation flows that help developers get started quickly and stay engaged as they grow in usage
- Design with clarity and trust in mind, building experiences that work just as well for a solo developer as they do for large enterprise teams
- Shape the end-to-end developer journey, tying together the dashboard, docs, and resources into one cohesive experience
- Explore and prototype new ideas in developer experience, from personalized insights to next-generation dashboard interactions
Requirements
- 6 - 10+ years of proven product design experience in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Figma, interaction design, and visual design
- Passion for Crypto: Interest and curiosity in Crypto/Web3 are key, with a commitment to learning and innovating within the space
- Creativity in simplifying complexity and a knack for solving design challenges in new, impactful ways
- Project ownership: Take full ownership of projects from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality design output
