About the role

  • Assess legacy IBM Case Manager and FileNet solutions.
  • Design and execute modernization strategies using IBM BAW.
  • Migrate and refactor case-based workflows into BAW applications.
  • Configure process flows, business rules, and work assignment logic.
  • Implement low-code solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Enable operational reporting and workflow insights.
  • Support initial engagement of 40–50 hours with potential ongoing work.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

  • Must Have: IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)
  • IBM Case Manager modernization
  • IBM FileNet P8
  • BAW Case and Process applications
  • Workflow orchestration and rule modeling
  • Low-code automation in IBM BAW
  • API and system integrations
  • BAW dashboards and reporting
  • IBM Workflow Assistant or AI-assisted workflow exposure
  • Hands-on experience delivering IBM BAW solutions
  • Proven experience in modernizing enterprise case management platforms
  • Strong understanding of case-based and process-driven workflows
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a consulting model
