About the role

  • Use data analysis tools to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve existing segmentations;
  • Develop and implement segmentation strategies based on user data, consumption behaviors, interaction history, and other metrics;
  • Manage the Salesforce Customer Data Platform (CDP) to understand current data and integrate new data sources required for segmentations;
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to understand segmentation requirements for each journey;
  • Continuously monitor segmentation performance with the CRM team and make adjustments as needed to optimize results;
  • Assist in creating dashboards and automating reports;
  • Work independently to troubleshoot technical issues and identify optimization opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Systems Analysis, Engineering or related fields;
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel;
  • Experience with data visualization and analysis tools;
  • Reside in São Paulo or be able to commute to the capital once a week.
  • Differentials:
  • Experience with Salesforce Customer Data Platform;
  • Salesforce Data Cloud certification;
  • Experience in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or others;
  • Experience with Martech tools (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.);
  • Experience with data collection tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, among others.
