About the role

  • Creation of graphics and layouts for landing pages, emails, SMS and push notifications within Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
  • Production of visual identities, graphic assets and templates that ensure brand consistency across all digital communications;
  • Understanding of the customer journey, helping translate communication flows into clear and engaging visual experiences;
  • Development of wireframes, prototypes and responsive interfaces (mobile and desktop), applying UX/UI best practices;
  • Creative support for ad hoc design requests from the Marketing team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital design, with a portfolio of communication pieces (emails, landing pages, digital campaigns, etc.);
  • Proficiency with tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma (or similar) for design and prototyping;
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles applied to digital marketing, ensuring clarity, usability and visual impact;
  • Ability to write or adapt short copy for SMS, push notifications and email CTAs, aligned with the brand tone;
  • Customer journey mindset, understanding how different touchpoints connect within a continuous flow;
  • Collaborative profile, strong communication skills and ability to work with different business areas;
  • Energetic, organized and with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Nice to have: Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or other marketing automation platforms); basic HTML and CSS applied to emails and landing pages; familiarity with engagement and performance metrics; experience working in Agile methodologies.
