About the role

  • Assist the area manager in controlling, analyzing, and preparing project plans;
  • Monitor project schedules (creation, updates, and reporting);
  • Track and align project activities (facilitation and documentation);
  • Participate in requirements, kick-off, and status meetings with both internal teams and clients (pre- and post-meeting);
  • Elicit requirements from clients and assist the technical team in decomposing them into tasks and defining deliverables;
  • Proactively identify project risks, propose mitigation actions, and escalate issues and areas of concern to area management in advance;
  • Ensure that, at product release, all operational and project monitoring activities are properly specified and executed;
  • Ensure that documentation and quality processes have been completed at product release;
  • Carry out demand/project closure processes;
  • Suggest improvements to team processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, or related fields;
  • Familiarity with a project management methodology (Scrum, Kanban, PMI, etc.);
  • Experience with project management tools;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office;
  • Knowledge of Networking, Databases, and Software Development;
  • Experience in IT projects as a Project Analyst or equivalent;
  • Experience in software development;
  • Management certification;
  • Experience working in a PMO;
  • Experience working in teams that implement agile methodologies;
  • Experience with Jira;
  • Knowledge of AWS;
  • Experience with process automation (continuous integration, automated testing, etc.).
