About the role
- Work on the integration, creation and management of customer communication journeys within the Martech stack. Expected activities include:
- Creation of journeys in the Martech;
- Develop business strategy and planning;
- Manage the Marketing funnel (Advertising) and related journeys;
- Design, implement, develop and monitor engagement flows in the Martech;
- Coordinate activities with internal and external stakeholders;
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients;
- Ensure service quality and profitability;
- Test and validate newly implemented processes and features;
- Analyze product performance and identify actions to drive growth;
- Prepare management reports and market research (benchmarking) presentations;
- Conduct market mapping;
- Focus on identifying new opportunities within already established external partners;
- Gather business requirements.
Requirements
- Previous experience with Marketing Cloud;
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising/Publicity and/or related fields;
- Knowledge of digital services (experience with subscription-based services is desirable);
- Experience with digital media and OffDeck is desirable;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.);
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
