About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the visual and interaction design of our next-generation B2B SaaS platform
Untangle complex enterprise workflows and transform them into seamless, intuitive web and mobile interfaces
Act as a strategic partner to Product Management and Engineering within an agile development loop
Craft day-to-day features and lead usability and design sessions with stakeholders
Establish new scalable patterns to keep the product visually cohesive and accessible
Proactively identify problem-solving opportunities
Collaborate with developers to implement designs and validate features
Communicate UX best practices to promote and build consensus for your ideas and designs
Establish and maintain UX design guidelines and improve UX design through usability testing and user feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ Years professional experience working as a UI/UX Designer in the digital design field
BA or BFA in a relevant field, or equivalent number of years of relevant experience
Able to juggle multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Knowledge and understanding of software product lifecycle and experience working in a collaborative agile environment
Must understand mobile design, responsive design and be proficient in designing for touch devices
Strong understanding of user experience, usability and accessibility principles
Deep knowledge of user-centered design principles & design
Experience with UX Research methodologies
Ability to build high fidelity interactive wireframes
Expert proficiency in tools like Sketch and InVision
Experience with web and mobile development technologies (e.g. HTML and CSS)
Experience working with dashboards, multi-step forms, and progressive disclosure patterns.
