Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of IT projects, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Manage federal contracts (e.g., FFP, T&M, CPFF), ensuring all activities align with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and specific agency supplemental regulations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). Build and maintain collaborative relationships with vendors and inter-agency departments.
Prepare and present comprehensive status reports, including Monthly Status Reports (MSRs), project schedules, and financial burn rate analysis for senior leadership and government clients.
Assign responsibilities to cross-functional teams and monitor progress through rigorous performance metrics and Quality Assurance (QA) standards.
Proactively identify project bottlenecks or compliance risks and implement corrective actions to ensure mission success.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project/program management, specifically within the federal contracting environment.
PMP (Project Management Professional) or DAWIA Level III certification is highly preferred.
Deep familiarity with IT frameworks (Agile, SDLC, ITIL) and federal security standards (NIST, FISMA).
Must be able to obtain or currently possess a Public Trust, Secret, or Top Secret security clearance as required by the contract.
