About the role
- Process new hire paperwork including I-9s, W-4s, and state tax forms
- Coordinate federal background investigations and security clearance documentation
- Manage credentialing and licensing verification for healthcare professionals
- Track and maintain personnel files in compliance with FAR/DFAR requirements
- Coordinate with contracting officers on personnel security requirements
- Support benefits enrollment and HRIS data entry
- Ensure timely completion of all pre-employment requirements
- Communicate status updates to recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
Requirements
- 2+ years HR experience, with at least 1 year in federal contractor on-boarding
- Familiarity with eQIP, NBIS, or federal background investigation processes
- Experience with I-9 compliance and E-Verify
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple on-boarding cases simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
