About the role
- Identify and qualify 10-20 acquisition targets in the home healthcare ecosystem
- Source companies with $1-3 million valuations suitable for roll-up strategy
- Conduct initial outreach to business owners and establish relationships
- Prepare preliminary target profiles and facilitate introductions
- Focus on synergistic businesses: home health agencies, hospice care providers, and retirement communities
- Support an SEC-registered investment fund executing a strategic roll-up in the home healthcare sector
Requirements
- Proven track record in healthcare M&A or business development
- Strong network in home healthcare, hospice, or senior care industries
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience with roll-up strategies preferred
- Understanding of healthcare regulatory landscape
- Experienced deal sourcers to identify acquisition targets in the $1-3 million valuation range
- Ability to conduct initial outreach to business owners and establish relationships
