About the role
- Support full-cycle recruitment for federal and healthcare positions, including job postings, screening, interviews, and candidate selection.
- Coordinate pre-employment activities such as credentialing, background checks, drug testing, and clearance processing.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring compliance with contract and agency requirements.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace matters.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws (FLSA, FMLA, SCA, EEO, ADA) and contract-specific obligations.
- Coordinate benefits enrollment and manage employee changes in health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
- Maintain HR files and HRIS data integrity, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate employee training sessions for compliance, safety, and professional development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience (preferably in federal contracting, government services, or healthcare staffing).
- Strong understanding of employment laws, SCA compliance, and federal HR practices.
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Paylocity, Deltek, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.
