About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation of Akeyless solutions, guiding customers through architecture design, integrations, and best practices.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor, building strong relationships with customers and supporting adoption, expansion, and overall success aligned with their business goals.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues, provide guidance on DevOps, security, and cloud-native environments, and support integrations, automation, and infrastructure design.
Translate customer requirements into scalable and secure architectures, while recommending best practices and optimizing usage of the Akeyless platform.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions Architects, Product, and R&D to ensure successful deployments, resolve challenges, and represent customer needs internally.

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years in a technical customer-facing role (CSE, TAM, Solutions Engineer, Professional Services, etc.)
Strong experience with: Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience supporting or implementing SaaS or security products.
Ability to combine technical depth with customer-facing communication.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Advantage: Experience in Cybersecurity, DevOps, or DevSecOps environments.
Knowledge of: Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), PKI / Certificate Management, Encryption / Key Management (KMS, HSM).
Familiarity with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), config management tools.
Experience with scripting or programming (Python, Bash, etc.).
Background in pre-sales or solution architecture is a plus.
