About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Scoping digital projects including websites, microsites, enterprise builds, apps, e-commerce platforms and consumer promotions
Working closely with Technical Leads, Developers, QA and Analysts to define assumptions, technical requirements, effort estimates and implementation plans
Leading cross-functional delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution across UX, UI, design, content, engineering and QA
Managing sprints, production schedules, dependencies, backlog refinement and release planning
Collaborating with Experience Designers to translate journeys, flows and prototypes into build-ready outputs
Facilitating requirement gathering, acceptance criteria definition, platform evaluations and technical discovery
Overseeing quality assurance cycles including UAT, defect triage, regression and release management
Building strong relationships with clients, engineering partners and suppliers to maintain alignment and momentum
Managing risks and proactively creating mitigation paths that keep builds moving smoothly
Ensuring project financials, scope, resourcing and forecasts remain accurate and transparent
Identifying opportunities to optimise delivery, enhance technical outcomes or streamline processes
Holding a high bar for craft across both the engineering and visual design sides of the work

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience delivering digital or technology-led projects within an agency or product environment
Minimum 7+ years experience in Project Management delivery
A strong working knowledge of web and app delivery processes, even if you’re not technical yourself
The ability to collaborate deeply with engineering teams and understand the implications of technical decisions
Experience with sprint methodologies, agile delivery or hybrid project approaches
Confidence managing technical scopes, schedules, risks and interdependencies
Excellent communication and documentation skills that keep teams and clients aligned
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to problem-solve quickly
Appreciation for high-quality brand and visual identity execution
Familiarity with CMS tools, digital platforms, e-commerce systems or promotional tech is advantageous
Familiarity with the process of creative concepting within an agency environment is advantageous
Familiarity with managing upfront strategic research programs of work, where the insights derived are taken into design and implementation would be strongly preferred
