About the role

  • Providing senior technical leadership across multiple client engagements
  • Leading the design and governance of solution and enterprise architectures
  • Acting as a trusted technical advisor to senior client stakeholders
  • Scoping and shaping new business opportunities
  • Partnering closely with Strategy, Experience, Creative and Delivery leaders
  • Defining, evolving and enforcing engineering standards
  • Leading and mentoring multi-disciplinary technology teams
  • Driving the adoption and responsible use of emerging technologies
  • Proactively identifying and managing technical, architectural and delivery risks

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in senior technical or engineering leadership roles
  • Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale digital, experience or technology platforms across multiple clients or programs
  • Strong architecture capability across modern web, cloud, integration, data and experience platforms
  • Demonstrated experience leading and scaling teams across on-shore and off-shore delivery models
  • Deep interest in emerging technology, including AI
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
  • A high bar for engineering quality, standards and delivery excellence
  • A collaborative leadership style
  • Excellent communication skills
