About the role
- Lead the planning and delivery of assigned projects from concept to completion
- Manage project budgets, including scoping, forecasting, supplier payments and reconciliation
- Act as the primary day-to-day client contact on projects
- Support pitch and concept development alongside Creative and Strategy teams, ensuring feasibility and budget alignment
- Drive production timelines across creative, design, technical and build phases
- Source, brief and manage suppliers, contractors and partners
- Lead onsite delivery, including crew, contractors, talent and temporary staff
- Oversee workplace health and safety, including risk assessments, and onsite inductions
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, maintaining clear communication and documentation
- Support and mentor Associate Producers as required
- Identify opportunities to improve production processes and efficiencies

- Strong communication skills
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- Collaborative and team-focused approach
- Proven production expertise across live events and experiential projects
- Strong financial and reporting capability
