💰 $175,000 - $195,000 per year
About the role
- Directly oversee the development and execution of product positioning, messaging and launch strategy by customer segment
- Develop product messaging and sales enablement materials including collateral, sales presentations, website content, customer emails, case studies, product demonstrations, and spec sheets
- Work cross functionally with research and development, sales, and marketing to ensure consistent messaging across channels
- Research and report on competitive positioning; develop sales battle cards and maintain competitive intelligence in Salesforce
- Drive product launch planning and execution including evaluation and communication of launch success
- Plan and lead product discussions for customer convening events and customer advisory boards; build trusted customer relationships for feedback
- Provide direction and content support for product-related events, PR and social media
- Develop and support marketing campaigns that generate demand, build product awareness, and drive lead generation
Requirements
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in product marketing
- Experience working closely with Sales and Customer Service teams
- Firm understanding of healthcare market and health system needs
- Bonus if you understand the revenue cycle world
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent writing and editorial skills with proven content creation experience
- Ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment and manage multiple projects
- Data and execution oriented; utilize data, research and insights to inform decisions
- BA/BS degree and/or relevant work experience
