Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage day-to-day construction activities across multiple multi-megawatt data center projects
  • Develop project schedules with contractors and engineering teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of direct contract administration experience
  • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, fire protection, plumbing, BMS/EMS, and security systems
  • 4+ years of experience tracking pre-construction, mobilization, construction documents, permitting, commissioning, and project closeout
  • Solid technical skills
  • Effective communication
  • Willingness to travel to project sites
  • Knowledge of construction law and business practices
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project applications
  • Willingness to travel periodically within the U.S.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license
