Key responsibilities & impact

lead program definition, planning, scope, and execution of assigned programs
manage the health status of programs to anticipate risks and/or issues and implement mitigation plans
define integrated program plans (including detailed work breakdown structures) and the deliverables required for the program's success
identify dependencies and interdependencies between programs and successfully scope, size, and lead implementation of identified transformation/growth opportunities
drive stakeholder alignment and communicate program status to executive sponsors and governance forums
work independently and comfortably in ambiguous circumstances to create clear paths forward for teams
adopt best-practice guidelines to influence and implement continuous improvements to PMO processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

8 years of relevant experience
bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another related field or its equivalent
professional experience as a Project Manager/Program Manager in an IT organization
sufficient level of technical background to provide credibility to technical teams
experience working on projects/programs supporting infrastructure upgrades and installations
experience managing external implementation providers
solid leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills
excellent presentation and communication abilities
successful track record of stakeholder management
