About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collecting, consolidating, transforming, and automating headcount and budget data from multiple systems into standardized and automated formats
  • Driving requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, and automation of dashboards and analytical tools using platforms such as Tableau, Google Apps Scripts, Gemini, and Claude Code
  • Collaborating with finance, hiring managers, and talent acquisition to ensure accurate tracking, maintenance of headcount and cost data, along with standardizing procedures for these processes
  • Identifying and investigating anomalies or inconsistencies in headcount or OpEx data, and suggest corrective actions or data-quality improvements
  • Enabling easier data intelligence through the automation of OpEx & Headcount Reporting
  • Partnering with strategy & operations leadership, hiring managers, finance, and talent acquisition to ensure alignment on reporting goals, analytical needs, and automation
  • Recommending and implementing data governance and analytics best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Have relevant experience in data analytics, business analysis, or a similar role
  • Be familiar with Matrix / Virtual Org Dynamics: solid understanding of how to allocate costs and headcount across virtual business units and functions
  • Be proficient in tools such as SQL, Google Sheets, Geminin, Google Apps Scripts, Claude Code, and Tableau
  • Be proficient using AI tooling to automate data analysis and workflow automation
  • Have experience with financial & budget data
  • Have great analytical and critical thinking skills with a detail-oriented mindset
  • Be comfortable with ambiguity and ability to drive structure and clarity in complex environments
  • Be passionate for streamlining complex data collection & budget approval processes
  • Have excellent communication skills; able to present complex data to non-technical audiences clearly and effectively.
