About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage end-to-end workflows for global colocation infrastructure
Establish operational visibility and process consistency from demand to supply planning
Define and execute system requirements and business processes for colocation infrastructure
Identify operational bottlenecks and deliver data-backed solutions
Build, revise, and adjust models to capture demand and coordinate critical inputs
Translate physical infrastructure constraints into planning models
Align and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to follow established workflows
Own data controls and reporting frameworks for colocation modeling
Partner with Anaplan modelers and analytics teams to translate operational workflows
Use SQL to query backend databases and audit inputs

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree {Business, Systems Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, MIS} or equivalent
Track record of designing structured, automated workflows and data flows
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making data-driven decisions
Proven experience coordinating matrixed teams (Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance)
Proficiency with SQL for database querying and validation
Experience using enterprise planning or visualization tools (ideally Anaplan and/or Tableau)
Solid knowledge of data center capacity planning and physical infrastructure parameters
Solid data storytelling skills
