About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Cooperating daily with sales in order to find the best and optimal contract structure
- Gathering customer feedback from our sales team to efficiently translate needs into valid orders/contracts for our services and products
- Assisting our sales team with the renewal of existing customer contracts
- Working with internal cross-functional teams to obtain approvals for standard and non-standard orders
- Tracking and reviewing the status of in-process sales orders to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance with our internal policies
- Acting as a subject matter expert on sales policies, identifying potential improvements, and drafting business terms for unique deal requirements.
- Staying up to date with Akamai products portfolio updates (pricing, structure, features)
- Attending meetings to advise on questions or issues sales teams are facing, relating to the order process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work with 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Demonstrate passion for Quote-to-Cash and Order Management while comprehending processes thoroughly from start to finish.
- Demonstrate experience with Salesforce, including CPQ and SFDC, while Siebel knowledge serves as an additional skill set.
- Present excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrate problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Demonstrate proven success handling multiple priorities in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment, exhibit ability to work independently, and initiate actions.
- Be a team player who communicates and works well with a wide range of people from various functions and cultures.
