About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leading program plans, including detailed work breakdown structures, resource management, communication plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Acting as the voice of the program to senior leadership, leveraging standardized methods to highlight dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Building relationships across SRE, Product and Engineering organizations to keep projects on track.
- Driving cultural change by championing agile mindsets and ensuring the organization adheres to industry best practices.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for escalation with stakeholders and assist in the removal of blockers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Have 5 years of relevant experience in technical or engineering disciplines and a Bachelors degree or its equivalent.
- Have experience with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and metric definition best practices.
- Possess experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Have proficiency in Agile, SAFe, or Scrum methodologies.
- Have proven ability to navigate ambiguous or complex corporate environments.
