Key responsibilities & impact

managing a team of employees that supervises the activities of our Field Technician contractors in hyperscale pods across the United States
building relationships with third-party system integrators (SIs) used for deployment and maintenance activities as well as overseeing the work
building relationships with large-scale data center providers for new deployments and ongoing operations
conducting inventory control on local spare parts, including RMA coordination for defective parts
coordinating with Compliance team on access list management for assigned data centers
maintaining 24x7 staffing and escalation path to address network incidents and SLA adherence
evaluating and adapting our training curriculum to the specific needs of hyperscale pods
coordinating the staffing of Field Technicians at our hyperscale pods

What you’ll need

10 years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, another related field or its equivalent experience
extensive experience working with data center vendors and the data center environment
track record of solid employee development and engagement
drive for process improvement
experience guiding teams through process changes and realignments
