About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and managing strategic opportunities within new and existing enterprise accounts across various industries
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals
- Leading the sales strategy for Akamai's premium security portfolio internally and externally across major enterprise accounts in Canada
- Delivering impactful risk-reduction strategies by leveraging Zero Trust expertise and engaging C-level executives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of enterprise technology sales experience in Canadian cybersecurity
- Expertise in the Toronto/GTA corporate landscape and Western Canadian enterprise market across Financial Services, Energy, Utilities, Public Sector, Retail
- Demonstrated sales expertise in advanced security architectures, specializing in Micro-Segmentation, Zero Trust Network Access, Secure Web Gateways, and Secure Enterprise Browsers
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
