Key responsibilities & impact

Owning program and/or project management
Playing a trusted advisor that customers get the most value out of solutions
Being an expert and technical advisor to architect and manage web performance and security solutions
Defining account strategy, establishing key relationships, and building and maintaining a project pipeline
Leading a cross functional team and developing a culture of excellence to empower and encourage team synergy
Partnering with sales and pre-sales to help expand the use of services and solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 years of experience
Bachelor's in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or its equivalent
Experience in a customer-facing role
Understanding of consulting complex web content delivery and security strategies
Experience managing and delivering large technical customer projects
Experience in web development technologies, methodologies and languages such as HTTP/S, DNS, TCP, WebSockets, APIs, LLMs, MCPs, etc.
Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills
Ability to articulate technical information in an easy to understand manner
Team player with ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
