About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Working closely with sales, educating customers on Akamai's emerging AI security products and services
Supporting the technical pre-sales process for field teams and evangelising our AI security solutions internally and externally
Engaging with customers on demos, POC and deep-dive technical conversations to drive AI security sales
Influencing product roadmaps and ensuring the inclusion of business priorities and requirements of customers
Staying nimble and growing with us as we bring new security products to market

Requirements

What you’ll need

Have experience in AI technologies and security engineering, pre-sales, and/or technical services
Be comfortable navigating the AI landscape across build, deploy and secure on the Akamai platform
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with customers across various levels
Have a passion and excitement for learning and embracing new technologies to grow your security pre-sales experience
Have experience consulting with customers on their security strategy
