Requirements

What you’ll need

Have 4+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
Have solid experience in Java (11/17/21+) and associated ecosystems and building high-performance applications in Linux/Unix environments.
Demonstrate expertise in delivering secure software, designing distributed systems, implementing microservices patterns, and ensuring code quality via automated testing.
Demonstrate noticeable experience with container platforms and cloud orchestration, specifically using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud ecosystems like Azure (AKS, App Service) or AWS
Demonstrate experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including performance tuning and schema design for PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Apache Cassandra, or Oracle.
Show expertise in CI/CD and Observability using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps with monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana.
Demonstrate leadership and mentorship expertise, effectively performing technical code reviews, establishing architectural standards, and fostering the growth of junior engineers.
