Key responsibilities & impact

Managing the entire order lifecycle in Siebel ERP, ensuring precise fulfillment and compliance with service level agreements.
Coordinating with manufacturers and repair vendors to oversee order progress, hardware preparation, and product returns.
Ensuring inventory accuracy by reconciling data across internal systems and vendor reports while addressing system alerts effectively.
Investigating discrepancies with vendors, Datacenters, Field and Network engineers
Managing inventory adjustments and asset transfers effectively.
Overseeing the retrieval and disposal of decommissioned equipment, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and alignment with environmental standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hold expertise in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a relevant field of study.
Demonstrate expertise in global distribution, order fulfillment, international shipping, ERP systems like Siebel or SAP, and tracking tools.
Fluency in English.
Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel for reporting, charts, and data analysis (considered a valuable skill to possess).
Understand global freight processes and customs documentation, including requirements and procedures, to support efficient logistics operations.
Demonstrate problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to work independently in a dynamic, global environment.
