User Experience Researcher

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leading qualitative studies including in-depth interviews, usability testing, and contextual inquiry
- Designing and analyzing surveys and running A/B tests
- Building and maintaining dashboards for behavioral analytics
- Analyzing user feedback and data, identifying themes
- Collaborating with designers and PMs to shape research questions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12 years of experience in UX research, data analytics, or related fields
- Proficiency in qualitative research methods (moderated interviews, concept testing)
- Familiarity with quantitative methods (survey design, statistical analysis)
- Interest in or experience with AI/ML workflows
- Expertise in HCI, Psychology, Computer Science, or a closely connected discipline
