About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the various application servers, systems.
- Recommend/Document System Operations Procedures
- Analyzing logs and events from the cloud service to ensure smooth service operation.
- Participating in on-call rotation (24x7 team) with other members of the System Engineering team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant field
- 2+ years of experience in Production support
- Good to have experience in Cloud platform, Kubernetes
- Good to have experience/knowledge on Ansible/Terraform/Chef
- Be experienced with monitoring and analytics tools such as Prometheus, Sensu
- Proficiency in Systems Administration in Linux preferably Ubuntu
- Be experienced with any scripting knowledge preferably bash/Python
- Good Understanding of Network protocols such as DNS/HTTP/TCP/IP
- Good understanding of AI/ML, specifically Agentic AI, MCP etc.
