About the role
- Establishing key strategic relationships, building and maintaining a project pipeline and delivering customer targets effectively
- Partnering with pre-sales to educate customers on Akamai services and solutions
- Maximizing customer satisfaction, retention, and growth based on the customer's needs and business requirements
- Being the central point of contact for the customer and cross-functional teams
- Owning program management and being a trusted advisor, ensuring customers get maximum value out of Akamai solutions
Requirements
- Have 2yrs of experience and U.S. CITIZENSHIP due to legal requirements of our customer base
- Demonstrate an understanding of consulting process to identify the best solutions and ensure customer success
- Show experience managing and delivering technical customer projects successfully
- Demonstrate understanding of network technologies, web performance, web security, methodologies or architectures
- Be a natural communicator with an ability to build trusting relationships and ensuring customer success
- Be a team player with an ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Possess an excellent technical aptitude and a desire to constantly learn new technologies
