About the role

  • Reconciling invoices with purchase orders
  • Coordinating with Procurement and Accounts Payable teams to clarify discrepancies
  • Communicating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues
  • Identifying and solving issues within the ERP system, suggesting and initiating process improvements
  • Monitoring and tracking of invoice workflows and open items
  • Supporting process documentation and administrative tasks within the Tax Department

Requirements

  • Have exceptional organizational skills and good attention to detail
  • Be able to manage multiple small projects simultaneously
  • Have good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Have proactive, solution-oriented go-to attitude
  • Have good communication skills and working proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Have practical knowledge of Excel (comfortable with everyday use such as tracking, basic formulas, organizing data)
  • Have ability and willingness to develop own tracking tools and process management solutions
